Limited Warranty

Reid S. Watson and Associates warrants, to the original  purchaser, that all valves are free from defects in material and workmanship for LIFE.. 

All finishes (with exception of coated brass sinks and accessories #115, 117, 117-A, 141 and 142) carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY.


All china products have a one-year warranty.

Reid S. Watson and Associates will repair or exchange FREE of CHARGE, any part which is found to be defective..  

This warranty is void for any damage to the product due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or any use violative of instructions furnished by us.  Product problems attributable to hard water, proximity to bodies of salt water, are not covered by this warranty. 

Products are not intended for commercial application, and will automatically void this warranty.

Liability under all warranties expressed or implied is limited to replacement of defective goods only.

In-wall roughs and valve bodies will be exchanged at no charge if found to contain manufacturing defects.

Please Note: Access to all roughs and valve bodies is a necessary condition of warranty.
